Food options for babies nonexistent!!! Quality of food across all restaurants disappoints, especially for those used to high standards. Cold pools could use some heating!!! Secluded location makes exploration nearly impossible!!!

The staff was incredibly courteous, providing a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean , making it comfortable for my family. We enjoyed the breathtaking sea view from our junior suite, which truly enhanced our experience.

The restaurant hours had me wondering if I signed up for a culinary mystery tour. It’s harder to snag a dinner reservation than a seat on a crowded flight!

We faced serious issues with room cleaning consistency. The food options were severely limited, leaving us frustrated and searching for alternatives. On top of that, my family unfortunately experienced food poisoning, which forced us to seek expensive medical assistance from the hotel. This was beyond disappointing and turned our vacation into a nightmare.

I had a fantastic time at Hyatt Ziva in Punta Cana! The beautiful beach area and fine views. Although we faced limited food options for babies, the overall experience was still enjoyable with friendly staff and excellent facilities. I look forward to returning someday.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We loved playing billiards and enjoyed the beach volleyball. Don't miss visiting Los Establos Cap Cana and the stunning Punta Espada Golf Course if you can. Just be aware that waiting for food, especially the omelettes, took longer than expected. Overall, a fantastic vacation!
